"My Homeowners hail damage insurance claim estimate was unfortunately stalled for 2 weeks with the claims adjuster. Come to find out, Grant was buried with multiple claims at the same time. He needed help to open up the bottleneck and get me an estimate. Several calls were made to the claims dept to get estimate status. My agents Office Manager, Erika was able to escalate the concern to Claims Leadership Brendin. Brendin was able to quickly contact me, listened and understood my concern and he freed up the claims adjuster bottleneck. Grant was then able to write and process an accurate estimate. This showed great team work and persistence by Grant with help from Erika and Brendin. I appreciated all their communication and efforts to make this happen. Thank You!"
