"Ellijah was absolutely incredible!!! He spent so much time with my 89 year old mother and me at age 61. The coverage is more and cost us less. YES. He is a gem. I think he is the best agent we have ever had. Kind, knowledgeable, out of the way helping. Even helped my mom with her email set up on her iPhone . I couldn't be happier and my mother is so pleased and impressed with the quality of service. Old school she says. When quality service mattered. He is this. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Insurance is so vital to our lives. House and auto is critical for us and we will be looking more into the life insurance as well. Great job!!!!"

"Wonderful customer service!! I was in a panic trying to find insurance I could afford while having the coverage I needed. "Biggest rip off. You go years without an issue, they collect all that money, and 1 accident and they need to raise your premiums. They need to look into an accident forgiveness. I will be looking for new coverage with something like that."

"Will was awesome. I had been paying more money than I could afford on insurance and had very limited availability to talk. Will called me after hours to help me get switched and lowered my insurance payment by a lot! Great guy and super nice! Helped explain things in a way that made sense and was very friendly. Thank you for all you do! Update: I’ve almost been with them for a year. I had my annual review with Natalie Dunn and she was amazing. She talked me through my current coverage and went through all my other options with me. She gave me some recommendations, but wasn’t really trying to sell me anything. Still having awesome experience!"

"I have been a customer of State Farm Insurance in Colorado Springs for some time now, and while their coverage options are comprehensive, I am increasingly frustrated by their persistent attempts to sell me life insurance during every interaction. Each time I call, regardless of the nature of my inquiry, the conversation inevitably shifts to a sales pitch for life insurance policies. This aggressive upselling is not only unwelcome but also detracts from the overall customer experience. I understand the importance of life insurance, but the constant pressure to purchase additional products makes me question the company's respect for their clients' needs and preferences. I hope State Farm reevaluates their approach to customer interactions and focuses more on addressing the immediate concerns of their clients rather than incessantly pushing additional services."
